Yogasana Center is committed to helping its students find equilibrium in their lives through a meditative and disciplined physical practice of yoga in the Iyengar tradition. Yogasana teachers give students personal, individualized attention, using their years of knowledge and insight. The result is a road map of self-study, a how-to guide for developing a stronger, more flexible body, a calmer nervous system, a quieter mind, and a connection to one's true nature.
